＜4月からの新型コロナウイルス感染予防対策について＞

受講生様／保護者様各位

平素よりヘレナの教育にご理解ご協力頂き誠にありがとうございます。

4月からのレッスンに関しまして、以下の方針での実施を決定しましたのでご案内致します。

 

• レッスン時間を一律5分短縮し、教室の清掃／換気時間を引き続き確保した上で、下記を実施します。
  • ● デスクチェア、フロア、マーカー、ドアノブ、クッションマット等の消毒徹底
  • ● 講師のうがい手洗い、マスク着用の徹底
  • ● 入室時における手指のアルコール消毒の徹底
  • ● 握手等の接触の自粛

 

レッスン時間の短縮に伴い、一部レッスン開始時間に変更がございますので、別紙の「新型コロナウイルス感染拡大予防中スケジュール」を参照の上、お間違いのない様ご来校ください。

 

• 受講生の皆様、保護者の皆様には、以下の点へのご協力をお願い申し上げます。

1. ● 来校後の一斉検温。37.5℃以上の場合は入室をご遠慮ください。
2. ● 発話時に生じる飛沫の拡散を防止するため、マスクもしくは代用品を必ずご着用ください。
3. ● レッスン後、保護者様への学習内容の説明は、極力簡潔に短時間で行わせて頂きます。
4. ● 終了後は速やかにご帰宅ください。

 

• 以下の点に該当する方は、ご来校をお控え頂く様ご配慮をお願い申し上げます。
  • ● 受講生様に咳、発熱（37.5℃以上）の症状がある場合
  • ●来校予定日から2週間以内に感染症危険地域への渡航歴がある場合
  • ●同居者に感染者がいる場合もしくは海外から帰国後２週間以内の同居者がいる場合
  • ●感染者と濃厚接触があった場合

 

※新型コロナウイルスが収束するまでの間、体調不良による欠席、あるいはご本人ご家族の感染予防を目的とした欠席は、児童クラス・帰国子女クラスでは出席扱いに致します。

上記の対応措置は、政府やつくば市・土浦市の要請に応じて変更させて頂く場合がございます。

3月中は、教室消毒強化のお時間を確保させて頂き、無事にレッスンを行うことができましたこと、スタッフ一同心より感謝申し上げます。現在、つくば市内でも感染拡大が懸念される中、ヘレナとしてはレッスンの質が落ちないよう最善の努力をしながら、気を緩めず引き続き最大限の感染防止策を講じてまいります。

今後事態が収束し、十分な安全性の見通しが立った段階で、レッスン時間の短縮は速やかに解除致します。また、その際には感染対策にご協力下さった皆さまに喜んで頂けるよう何らかの対応をヘレナとしても検討する予定ですので、皆様のご理解ご協力を重ねてお願い申し上げます。

< Our Measures to Fight the Spread of Covid-19 Infections in April 2020 >

 

Dear Students and Parents

Our warmest thanks to you for your continuous understanding, cooperation and support!

We want to do our best to provide you and/or your child the best possible environment for safety and learning and humbly ask for your understanding.

 

Our measures are as follows:

We will shorten our lessons by 5 minutes to allow for disinfecting and airing the rooms.

• ● Desks, chairs, the cushioned floor mats, markers, door knobs and handles will be wiped with disinfectant.
• ● Teachers will wash their hands before and after and wear masks during lessons.
• ● Students will be required to use disinfectant on their hands before entering the classrooms.

 

Please check the schedule for the duration of these special Covid-19 measures carefully as there will be some changes concerning the time the lessons start or end for some classes.

 

• We ask for your cooperation in the following:

● We will check the temperature of all our students. If a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher is detected, the student will be asked to refrain from attending the class.

● To avoid infections, we ask students to wear a mask or take some similar measures in class.

● Regarding children’s classes, the explanations of lesson contents to the parents after the    class will be shorter than what you may be used to.

● After the class, we ask you to refrain from staying on the premises and to depart from Helena as soon as possible to avoid congestion.

 

• In the following cases we need to ask you not to attend classes:

● If the student has a cough or fever of 37.5 degrees or higher.

●  If the student has visited a high risk area for Covid-19 within two weeks prior to the lesson.

● If the student lives with an infected person or with a person who has visited a high risk area during the last two weeks prior to the lesson.

● If the student has been in contact with an infected person recently.

 

(* If a student in the children’s division or in the returnee classes has been absent due to the above mentioned situations, the absence will be marked as an excused absence during the Covid-19 epidemic period. )

 

There may be changes to the above measures due to the situation in Tsukuba City and Tsuchiura City. If you have any concerns about the above-mentioned measures or the situation, please contact us on LINE or call us.

We thank you for your warm support and understanding concerning the measures we had to take in March by shortening the lesson time. At Helena, we will continue to do our best maintain the high level of our lessons as well as make sure that everyone can enjoy lessons in a Covid-19 free environment.

 

We want to stress that these measures are only for the time being. We want to get back to normal lesson times as soon as possible when the safety of our students and staff can be guaranteed.

When this situation is over, we will start planning additional special measures we could take to satisfy you as a thank you for your patience and continuous warm support and understanding.
